USING FLAMEPAY

What happens before, during and after a refill.

The customer and station see the same request from different sides. Each moment has a clear consequence and a recovery path.

Prepare the value

Choose the product that matches what you already know.

Agree at the station

Review one exact refill request before sharing the OTP.

Keep the record

See the receipt and remaining quantity or Naira value.

BEFORE THE REFILL

Review the value before payment changes hands.

For Station Lock, review the station, price, gas quantity, 10-day window, service fee and checkout information. For Flexible Naira, review the deposit value and fees before continuing to secure payment.

After successful payment, Station Lock creates a voucher and Flexible Naira credits the Naira-backed balance. Delayed verification tells you not to pay again while FlamePay checks the transaction.

AT THE STATION

The request is agreed before gas is released.

The attendant scans the QR code or enters the voucher code, checks the station and available value, and enters the amount being dispensed.

The customer reviews that exact request and shares the short-lived OTP only while physically at the station. The attendant confirms the dispense after the gas has actually been supplied.

AFTER THE REFILL

Both sides keep a record of what happened.

The customer sees the completed redemption, receipt and remaining quantity or Naira balance. The station receives a traceable payable record only for a completed dispense.

Wrong-station, insufficient-value, expired-code, no-gas, network, customer-cancelled and attendant-cancelled paths leave a clear status and next action.
