The conditions that affect your money and gas quantity should be easy to find.
Can I collect only part of my gas?
Yes. Both Station Lock and Flexible Naira support partial redemption. Your receipt shows what remains.
What happens when a Station Lock voucher reaches 10 days?
The original base value for the unused quantity converts to Flexible Naira. The service fee and later market price changes do not convert.
When does FlamePay reduce my value?
Only after your OTP authorises the exact request and the attendant confirms that gas was physically dispensed.
What if the refill cannot be completed at the station?
A failed or cancelled redemption does not reduce your balance and creates no station payable. The recorded status tells you what to do next.
Where does FlamePay work?
The initial release is designed for a closely monitored Lagos launch. National availability is not claimed.
