LEGAL

Privacy notice.

This notice summarises how the current FlamePay pilot uses account, payment and redemption information. Final publication still requires legal approval and the registered company identity.

Information FlamePay uses

FlamePay uses identity and contact information, account access records, payment references, voucher and balance records, station interactions, support requests, notification attempts and security or audit events needed to operate the service.

Payment-card details are handled through the payment provider rather than stored as the FlamePay customer ledger.

Why the information is used

The information supports account access, payment verification, value records, redemption authorisation, station settlement, customer support, fraud prevention, operational review and legal obligations.

FlamePay keeps financial and audit records traceable so a disputed event can be investigated without rewriting history.

Service providers and your choices

FlamePay uses provider services for payment processing and may use approved providers for SMS, email or push delivery. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.

Customers can review their account activity. A support request should include the relevant transaction or voucher reference, but never a sign-in or redemption OTP. Final retention, deletion and data-rights wording must be settled during legal review before public launch.
