WHO IT IS FOR
Use Station Lock when the station is already part of the plan.
You select a verified partner station before payment. The price shown for that station determines the gas quantity you buy, and the voucher can be redeemed only at that station.
If the station cannot provide a current confirmed price, new Station Lock purchases pause there. Existing vouchers remain redeemable.
WHAT STAYS FIXED
The entitlement is gas quantity, not a later Naira estimate.
If the station price rises during the 10-day window, you still receive the quantity recorded on the voucher. If the price falls, the quantity does not change.
You may collect the full quantity once or redeem it in parts. A partial refill does not restart or extend the voucher window.
- Minimum Station Lock purchase: 2 KG.
- Maximum outstanding unexpired quantity: 50 KG per customer.
- Station Lock service fee: 10% of base value, with a ₦200 minimum and ₦20,000 maximum.
- Payment processing is calculated by the payment provider at checkout.
WHEN THE WINDOW ENDS
Unused original value moves; the protection fee does not.
At the exact expiry time, the original base value attached to any unused quantity converts to Flexible Naira. Already redeemed value is not credited again.
The Station Lock service fee and any later market appreciation do not convert. FlamePay sends reminders before the window ends so the choice is visible before expiry.
